Thank you for choosing Just My Perspective LLC for your upcoming photography session. We kindly request that you thoroughly review the details outlined in this invoice to ensure they align with your expectations. Upon your understanding and acceptance of all aspects, we kindly ask for a partial payment of $100.00, which will serve as a deposit. This deposit will be deducted from the total balance, due the morning of your scheduled booking. We eagerly anticipate the opportunity to collaborate with you.
Upon receipt of the deposit, an agreement is established between Just My Perspective LLC and the client, confirming the reservation of the agreed-upon date and time. Please be aware that all deposits are non-refundable.
Punctuality is essential for a seamless experience. To maximize your 60-minute session, we kindly request that clients arrive on time. If clients exceed a five-minute delay, the session will be rescheduled to the next available time, requiring a new deposit.
Any cancellations or rescheduling requests made less than 24 hours from the scheduled shoot date will result in the voiding of the agreement and the forfeiture of the deposit. To secure a new date, a fresh deposit will be necessary. Exceptions may be considered for unforeseen circumstances such as early delivery during pregnancy, positive Covid results, or other exceptional situations. In such cases, please contact Garon Johnson directly to discuss possible accommodations.
For sessions that involve travel, a mandatory travel fee of $50.00 will be added to the total booking amount.
