Booking & Scheduling
All sessions are booked in advance and confirmed only after a deposit is received. Dates and times are reserved specifically for each client, and I limit the number of bookings per day to ensure quality and attention.
Rescheduling is allowed with reasonable notice. Last-minute changes may be accommodated depending on availability, but cannot be guaranteed.
Deposit & payment
A non-refundable deposit is required to secure any session date. The remaining balance is due on or before the day of the shoot unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Final images are not delivered until full payment has been received.
Cancellations/ late fees
If a client cancels, the deposit is forfeited due to lost booking time. Cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice may incur an additional fee.
A ten minute grace period will be given to each client. After ten minutes a $30.00 late fee will be added to the remaining balance for the appointment. After 15 minutes, the appointment will immediately be canceled (with no additional charges) and the deposit will not be refunded.
If I must cancel due to emergency or unforeseen circumstances, clients will be offered a full refund or priority rescheduling.
Image delivery
Edited images are delivered within the timeframe stated at booking (typically 7-14 business days unless otherwise noted). Rush delivery may be available for an additional fee.
Images are delivered digitally via an online gallery or download link..
